At Rubina Irfan Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange and return process.


Eligibility

  • Any online or in-store clothing is eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

Proof of Purchase

  • For exchanges or returns, you must provide proof of purchase. This includes:
    • Receipt for in-store purchases
    • Order Confirmation Email for online purchases

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if:
    • They are unused and unwashed.
    • All tags and labels remain intact.
    • The original packaging is included.
    • proof of purchase is provided.
  • Please contact us for assistance if you’ve received an incorrect or defective item. We will ensure a smooth exchange process.
  • For luxury unstitched items, please return them in their original packaging.

Exchange Process

  2. Provide necessary details such as the order number and reason for exchange.
  3. If all conditions are met, we will schedule a pick-up from your address.
  4. The exchange process generally takes 7-10 days to complete after verification.

In-store exchanges are available if you bring the item along with the original invoice and tags intact.


Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  2. The item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
  3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
  4. Returns are accepted only if items are incorrect or damaged.

Return Process

Upon receiving and verifying the returned items, we will issue a store credit voucher of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our online store only.
